The romanticism of the soul and body is the strongest and the most important of everything on earth. It is not within the power of time!

Of course, globalization is wonderful, as it brings people together. But, along with the positive aspects of this process, it has one disadvantage that people forget their traditions and cultural heritage. The government of Azerbaijan tries to help national minorities living in Azerbaijan to keep their traditions alive and preserve and pass the culture of these nations which is a part of the culture of Azerbaijan from generation to generation. Besides the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Education and other organizations also take appropriate measures.


Baku-2017 Games volunteers and star ambassador of the Games Tunzala Aghayeva performed "Hello Baku- Anthem of Volunteers" together. We need to note that lyrics of "Hello Baku- Anthem of Volunteers" were written by Director of Baku-2017 Games Operating Committee Elchin Safarov and music was written by Star Ambassador Tunzala Aghayeva; it is the first song dedicated to volunteers. Though the anthem is written in pop music genre, its performance also includes folk music instruments like tar, gaval and drum.  

The MusicExpo in London will host a world premiere of Piano Collection by Azerbaijani composer Jevdet Hajiyev on February 9.
